Cancellation conditions: up to 14 days before arrival no cancellation fee, from 13 days before arrival 80% of the booked price.
As of 01.09.2023, the Hanseatic City of Rostock charges a spa tax of EUR 3.70 for each commenced day (day of arrival, day of stay, day of departure) for each tourist overnight stay that serves the purpose of recreation (cash payment only, not included in overnight price ). The price includes free use of public transport.
